Quality management is main priority in each division and for all categories of personnel—from the CEO to the ordinary worker.
The main goal of the BMZ JSC in field of quality is the release of reliable, durable and competitive products that meet consumer requirements.
The goal is achieved by:
- increase of effectiveness of the quality management system that complies with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001;
- clear definition of responsibility for quality at all levels of management;
- creation of new radiator designs using engineering solutions that allow to reduce the weight and to provide high performance;
- use of new materials;
- development of new products, based on the analysis of the promising markets and specific requests;
- improvement of technology;
- improvement of cooperation with suppliers to ensure the necessary quality of procurement;
- systematic staff development.

AVTOMASH-RADIATOR LLC
The main goal of Avtomash-Radiator LLC in field of quality is the release of reliable, durable and competitive products that meet consumer requirements.
Quality management is main priority in each division and for all categories of personnel—from the CEO to the ordinary worker—in the design, development and manufacture of heat exchangers (radiators) of different purposes.
The goal is achieved by:
- clear definition of responsibility for quality at all levels of management;
- creation of new radiator designs using engineering solutions that allow to reduce the weight and to provide high performance;
- use of new materials;
- improvement of technology;
- improvement of cooperation with suppliers to ensure the necessary quality of procurement;
- systematic staff development.

The quality policy is the basis for operation and continuously improvement of effectiveness of the quality management system that meets the requirements of international standard ISO 9000.
Each employee of the company shall be notified of the quality policy updates, the heads of departments are responsible for its implementation.
To ensure product quality, top management undertakes allocation of the necessary and sufficient material and financial resources.
